Top level domain names::

Their use is not restricted and they are granted to the first applicant without having to submit a document or reference with the sought-after name. Although it is advisable to use them as follows:

  • .com: The most important and most commonly used. They refer to commercial web pages. .

  • .org: Related to organizations, associations and foundations.

Territorial domains:
These are related to countries. Some allow their domains to be registered. They work on the same level as top level com, net and org ones. These are very useful when other name options are taken.
